Dr. Azza Lachin , Dean of  Faculty of Engineering stated that the college attaches great interest  to the research and applied projects that serve the community directly, and in this framework a project of re use the remnants of demolished buildings has been implemented  by an elite group of faculty members of a civilian Department of the college and the idea of the project after the expansion in operations remove encroachment on agricultural land and what it represents of negative and serious effects on soil , which prompted the supervisors on the project in collaboration with community service  and environmental  development sector around thinking about how to reuse these residues after crushing  it  and re-use it again, where it will be used  in road paving and brick and tile industry.
