Monofia University organized under the auspices of Dr. Moawad Mohammed Al Kholi , the university president and under the supervision of Dr. Atef Abu El Azm , Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development a convoy from Faculty of Science visited during it Egypt Foods factory at the  industrial zone ,Quesna and the faculty members participated  in the convoy to inspect the factory and the process  of manufacturing stages and discuss the supervisors of the factory in the problems that they face  and how to handle it  , as was agreed to hold a cooperation protocol between the factory and the college to exchange training between the factory and the college and training students of the  Department of Chemistry on the Applied Chemistry  at the factory labs and training the workers of the factory on theoretical Chemistry at the faculty, along with water control and sanitation , and considering the laboratories of the faculty the advisory body.

The supervisors  of the factory emphasized on the importance of training  students on communication and marketing skills and how to write a CV and make it part of the university curriculum.
