Dr. Meawad ELKhouly, President of Menofia University, received Dr. Hisham Tawfiq, Minister of Business Sector and General Staff Saeed Abbas, Governor of Menoufia in the University, before Dr. Hisham Tawfiq headed to discuss the Ph.D. thesis presented by the student Mohamed Mahdy Balbaa at department economy , Faculty of Law, Menoufia University.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Adel Mubarak, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs , and Dr. Abulkhair Atiya, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Accountant, Jalal Abdel Salam, Head of the Central Administration of the President's Office.
El-Khouly welcomed the guests of the university and all the attendees praised the excellence of Menofia Governorate with its scientists, competencies in various disciplines .
