The Rector, Dr. Adel Mubarak issued a decision appointing Professor and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at Faculty of Medicine Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sibai, ,  Vice-President of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development for a period of three years.
