Dr. Adel Mubarak, president of Menofia University, declared that Dr. Tawfiq Abdul Mutaleb was appointed executive manager of National liver Institute hospital in Menofia University, and Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar, minister of higher education and scientific research, issued a decision to appoint him director of National liver Institute hospital for three years.
