Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, held the university council session for the month of August 2021, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, former Minister of Local Development

And a member of the University Council from abroad, Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kased for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Nancy Asaad for Education and Students, and Accountant Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the University and Deans of Faculties.

Mubarak began the session by gifting the members a copy of the book "Selections from the Achievements of Menoufia University", which was recently published in its first version and includes important anthologies from the university's harvest and achievements over the past two years, which will be printed in a successive series to monitor the university's achievements.

Mubarak congratulated all the university’s employees and all the people of the governorate and the neighboring governorates for issuing the decision to start studying in the faculties of dentistry and artificial intelligence and equip them at the highest level, which is a new achievement for the university in the way of the series of openings and constructions pursued by the university.

Mubarak reviewed the activities that took place during this month, the most important of which is the approval of the Supreme Council of Universities to hold various courses at the Institute for the Preparation of Leaders for candidates to occupy leadership positions in universities (university presidents, vice presidents, deans, vice-deans), emphasizing the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities not to put the seal of the republic’s emblem ( Eagle) for any university degree not approved by the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities.

Inspect the workflow at the Ahlia University site in Toukh Tanbesha, visit the university hospital daily to check on the condition of the speedball team’s injured and ensure the proper provision of the necessary medical service for them, and receive Dr. And accompanying them on an inspection visit to the university hospital to follow up the health status of the injured.

During the month, the Supreme Committee for supervising vaccination against the Corona virus was held for faculty members, workers and students, and the preparation of work points in various faculties of the university to give vaccinations, and participation in an integrated convoy in the village of Sabk Al-Ahad in Ashmoun Center, as part of the activities of the Good Life Initiative.

Mubarak resumed the session by presenting the agenda and briefing the council with decisions and ratification, and the two vice presidents presented the issues of the two sectors.

At the end of the session, Dr. Essam Shawky, Head of the Department of Education Technology in Specific Education, gave a presentation on the mechanisms of converting a paper university book into an electronic book in implementation of the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities to be applied in the next academic year, where he explained how to transfer courses electronically and how to upload them on the platform, and how to deal with applications The various tools to ensure that information reaches students through modern technology that presents the theoretical curriculum, exercises, drawings and various teaching tools, and he answered the deans' questions.
