The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University, concluded the activities of the cultural week with the establishment of a series of cultural programs and seminars.. Under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagouri, Advisor to the President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Dr.Dr. Sherif Sabry, Dean of the Faculty of Home Economics, Dr. Siham Khedr, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Home Economics for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

The events began with a symposium under the title of different weight loss regimes and their impact on health, presented by Dr. Mohamed Raafat Al-Qabbary, a lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the college.. The Family Counseling Unit also participated in the activities of the Cultural Environment Week, and a symposium was also held under the title of Strengthening Environmental Values in the Egyptian Family,. Dr. Jihan Sowaid is a professor in the Department of Home Economics and Education, and Director of the Family Counseling Unit for Child and Adolescent Care at the Faculty of Home Economics .
