Accountant Mohamed Saeed, Assistant Secretary-General of the University, presented the agenda, whereby the use of the third phase funding had been completed, distributed over the in-kind components of the various university projects, in the plan for the fiscal year 2021/2022, and preparations were underway to request funding for the fourth phase from the National Investment Bank, and the university was financed from self-resources to pay Dues from suppliers and contractors from special funds and accounts.Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, held a session of the Laboratories and Scientific Equipment Committee for the month of March 2022, in the presence of the members of the committee, the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Qased for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Nancy Asaad for Education and Students, and Accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the University, and the deans of the faculties.

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development has also been addressed to open an item of advance payments (medical machines and equipment) until the requirements of the Egyptian Authority for the unified purchase of medical devices and equipment for university hospitals, National Liver Institute Hospital, College of Health Sciences Technology, and College of Dentistry are paid.

The committee also includes in its membership the accountant Mohamed Saeed, the assistant secretary general of the university, the accountant Ali Omar Al-Noh, the director general of procurement, and the accountant, Sahar Al-Nagar, the director general of financial affairs.
