Al-Qasid stressed that the university seeks to build digital Egypt and reach an Egyptian society that deals digitally in all aspects of life. Therefore, we are all working to promote the development of the information technology infrastructure and the use of colleges specialized in improving the quality of life of citizens by improving their living conditions and providing multiple electronic services through all outlets. digital and non-digital
For his part, Sharaf added that the strategic direction of digital transformation in the Egyptian state is to improve the work environment, provide support and find solutions to issues of concern to society, and promote the values of transparency, accountability and oversight of all businesses through interaction and partnership between the various elements of society, including universities, the private sector, civil society, and others.
Dr. Hatem is following up on the implementation of the initiative's activities, where he is currently holding training courses for university employees on computer skills for all employees from all university faculties to activate the goals of the initiative, which is one of the most important axes of digital transformation, where a series of courses will be held for all employees in all departments to train on computer basics and operating systems. And processing advanced electronic words and tables through the first course in the initiative to train (15) employees from the College of Computing and Information. The courses are supervised by Dr. Ashraf El-Sisi and Dr. Ahmed Saqr, Director of the Public Service Center in the college.
