Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of  Menoufia University, and Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, witnessed the work of the "Earn and Learn" initiative launched by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector in cooperation with the Foundation for a Decent Life and the Zewail Association for Development and Creativity, where he inspected all the products implemented by the trainees. He praised the efforts of the coaches and those in charge of the initiative.

El-Kased emphasized that the "Earn and Learn" initiative launched by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, the "Adult Education Center" at the university, in cooperation with the Decent Life Initiative, is concerned with improving the life of the Egyptian citizen in the villages and governorates of Egypt by encouraging small, medium and micro projects, indicating that Menoufia University adopts Any initiative that cares about society and elevates all its groups, and it will make all its efforts to serve women and improve the conditions of the Egyptian family economically, scientifically and culturally, and teach them manual skills that open the fields of production and work to achieve profit and halal earning. El-Kased went on to point out the university's readiness to finance the trainees with training materials and to actively contribute to marketing on campus for the university's faculties and to organize e-marketing courses that allow them to start their small projects as a launch for them to produce. He also emphasized the generalization of these production workshops at the level of all university colleges and cooperation in marketing through University Marketing Centre.

For his part, Sharaf confirmed that the series of productive workshops held in the Menoufia Governorate train applicants for free and market their products within the protocol concluded between the university and the Zewail Foundation to spread the culture of productive families and interest in microenterprises. And here it is now in the general administration of the university, stressing that it will tour all university faculties and will continue with the faculties of Education and Early Childhood Education and Home Economics as faculties of skill and productivity and their use in training for university faculties, believing in the importance of small projects in economic development and raising the economy of the beloved country Egypt, wishing success and payment to all trainees and administrators Ali the initiative.

Dr. Fatiha Batikh, Dean of Education, Dr. Mahmoud Fawzy, Vice Dean for Community Service, Dr. Heba Al-Ghotmi, Director of the Adult Education Center, Colonel Ahmed Salama, Director of the Office of a Decent Life in Menoufia, Mr. Ashraf Ezzat Mogheeth, President of the Zewail Association for Development and Creativity, and a team of creative trainers in training and transfer participated in the initiative.
