the University of "PCTE" in New Delhi , India offers the number (4) scholarships for Egyptian students in two phases: undergraduate Education and postgraduate, and the  University bears full tuition for the 4 students, also bears the costs of accommodation and subsistence for one student, and bear 75% of the accommodation fees for the second student, and 50% of the accommodation fees for the two remaining students. Note that the housing furnished with a good service (Internet – housekeeping - cleaning clothes - 3 meals).

And the granted certificate accredited from India , and the deadline for nomination is the last of July 2014.
