Prof. Dr. Ahmed Farag Al-Kased, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, participated in the meeting of the Supreme Council for Graduate Studies and Research held on August 11, 2021 headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Latif, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities, and in the presence of the Vice Presidents of Universities for Graduate Studies and Research via the Microsoft Teams electronic meeting platform ; The meeting dealt with many topics, most notably the development of the international student system and the launch of the Study in Egypt initiative under the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and under the auspices and supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education; The rules and procedures for accepting international students in Egyptian universities at the postgraduate stage were also approved for the academic year 2021/2022 in light of the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities that were taken to facilitate international students.
