Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Bagouri, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Adel Nassar, Dean of the College of Science, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Sherif Sabry, Dean of the Faculty of Home Economics, a service sector Society and Environmental Development at the College of Science (Prof. Dr. Hassan Aliwa) in partnership with the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the College of Home Economics (Professor Siham Khader) - Menoufia University to hold a symposium entitled “Anti-virus foods and drinks” tonight Saturday night, corresponding to 01/16/2021 On the Zoom program. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saleh, Professor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the Faculty of Home Economics - Menoufia University, lectured in it. He has me personally, and from all the attendees, many thanks and appreciation.

In the symposium, a large number of dear colleagues from the various faculties of the university and other colleges inside and outside Egypt who influenced the seminar with their valuable suggestions and opinions. I am honored to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the attendees, after God’s success you have caused this success, and in particular my thanks to His Excellency the Minister Professor Dr. Moawad Al-Khouly, the former President of Menoufia University, the President of the New Mansoura University, and my brother and friend, the Libyan Professor Dr. Ayad Al-Masry from Australia.
