The President of Menoufia University honours the achievers after winning second place in the ‘Silver Category’ in the Best University for Student Activities Competition 2024/2025
Today, Dr. Ahmed Farag Al-Qasid, President of Menoufia University, honoured the participants and winners of the Best University for Student Activities competition for the academic year 2024/2025, in which the university won second place in the ‘Silver Category’ among Egyptian universities. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Nasser Abdel Bari, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Subhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ghada Ali Hassan, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Ms. Suad Bayoumi, Secretary General of the University, along with deans and vice deans of faculties for education and student affairs, and directors of student welfare departments in the general administration and faculties.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Qasid expressed his great pleasure at the university's second place in the competition for the best university in student activities among Egyptian universities, congratulating the deans and vice deans of the faculties participating in the thirteen criteria, the coordinators from the directors and specialists of the student welfare departments in the general administration and faculties, and the outstanding students in various student activities during the academic year 2024/2025 and the first half of the academic year 2025/2026. He wished the Education and Student Affairs Sector more creativity and success in achieving first place in the coming period. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to all participants, outstanding students, and winners who raised the name of Menoufia University in local and international forums in various student and academic activities. 
The university president emphasised that these results reflect the efforts of the Supreme Council of Universities in establishing a culture of student activity as an integral part of the educational process.
