Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Fawzi emphasised that the seminar aimed to foster religious development and highlight the significance of the last ten days of Ramadan, which are great days and nights and a major opportunity for repentance, forgiveness and drawing closer to God Almighty, and they include Laylat al-Qadr, which is bestowed upon those who strive and are keen to maintain religious acts of worship and draw closer to Allah, the Almighty
