Today, Dr. Mahmoud Koura, Dean of the College and Chairman of the University Hospital Board, accompanied by Dr. Abdullah Bahnasi, Head of the General Internal Medicine Department, and Dr. Mahmoud Emara, Head of the Diseases and Transplantation Unit, followed up the sterilization work of dialysis unit in the University hospitals.

During his visit to the unit, he confirmed the availability of all protective requirements and made sure that all workers are committed to following all infection control policies and implementing them with great care, especially in light of dealing with dialysis patients, and they are the most vulnerable to viral microbial infections. He also stressed that if any symptoms appear to any of the employees of the unit, all necessary analyzes will be done in accordance with the protocols followed by the Ministry of Health, which are applied to all hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
