Contributing to the cultural, cognitive and moral construction of the human being and deepening national belonging by providing educational, research and community services in accordance with reference standards to achieve sustainable development of the rural and industrial environment and gain community confidence in a way that achieves the university a competitive advantage locally and regionally.

Facilitating the performance of the service for graduate students in less time.

Upgrading the quality of service provided to postgraduate students.

Follow-up of the educational process for postgraduate students.

Postgraduate studies department's participation with colleges to update regulations to advance the educational system to graduate students at a high level.

Receive the agreements signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and other countries, as well as the executive programs.

Take action to implement the provisions related to the university in the executive programs.

Preparing memoranda of understanding and proposed cooperation projects with Arab and foreign universities and research institutions.

Taking measures for the university’s participation in international bodies , federations and regional associations.

Taking travel procedures for faculty members on scientific visits abroad.

Take nomination procedures and travel for official missions abroad.

Taking procedures for nominating faculty members to attend conferences, seminars and workshops at home and abroad.

Preparing the university's needs for the scholarship delegation plan.

Organizing the benefit from scholarships offered by governments or universities in different countries.

Taking travel procedures for members of scholarships, study vacations and following them up.

Take action to implement the decisions of the Graduate Studies and Research Council.

Taking procedures for nominating faculty members for scientific assignments.
