Menoufia University is launching training courses on empowerment and negotiation skills for people with high needs

The University of Menoufia has launched a series of development and rehabilitation courses on the preparation of leaders and the development of empowerment and delegation skills to upgrade the competence of high-needs workers and those working in different sectors. The University's Centre for Strategic Studies and Leadership Development launched courses yesterday on leadership arts and effective leadership behaviors in enterprise development, how to organize time, planning, support self-skills development, empowerment and delegation when dealing with emergency problems.

Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University of Menoufia, also called for the enlightening and guiding role of the University of Menoufia in developing and supporting the skills of University workers to create generations capable of following the course of work and keeping pace with the requirements of development and comprehensive development, especially in the administrative sector. Courses sponsored by Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and supervised by Dr. Abdurrahman Al-Bagouri, Vice-President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The courses are carried out by Dr. Ahmed Abdul-Quawi General Supervisor at the Centre for Strategic Studies, Dr. Ahmed Saber Saqir, Supervisor of the Training Department, Huda Abdelsalam, Director-General of the Centre and Meral Al Gawish, Director of the Training Department of the Centre.
