Strategic Studies and Faculty Leadership Development Center  at Menoufia University organized a number of important courses to confront emergency crises , under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University.

The courses dealt with a course on leadership arts and effective behaviors for a successful leader, lectured by Dr. Rana Helbawi, a professor at Faculty of Medicine. The courses also included the types of leaders and their leadership methods for Dr. Haitham Maymoun, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy for postgraduate studies and research. The courses also dealt with ways to strengthen and consolidate planning skills, time management, crisis response and support The culture of training and skillful support for self-development, empowerment and negotiation was given by Dr. Jamal Hammad, Assistant Professor at the College of Arts, and the courses also dealt with the crisis management, the role of the leader in light of the changes and fluctuations of the age, and the art of making correct decisions by Dr. Ahmed Saqr, a teacher at the College of Science.

The courses are supervised by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagouri, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Qawi, General Supervisor of the Center for Strategic Studies
Hoda Abdul Salam, Director General of the Center, and Miral Al Jawish, Director of Training Department at the Center.
