Today, Thursday, elections were held to select the president of the Menoufia University Students' Union and the vice president of the union, as well as the elections for the selection of secretaries and assistant secretaries of the higher committees of the university students' union.

Under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare.

The Higher Committee supervising the student union elections at Menoufia University, headed by Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and the Chairman of the Higher Committee for Elections, announced that members of the Students for Egypt family won the student union seats in the university's faculties.

The results witnessed the victory of the student, Ahmed Muhammad Abu Aila, in the fourth year of the Faculty of Home Economics, for the position of President of the University Students’ Union, by acclamation, in addition to the victory of the student, Osama Tariq Zinba’ from the Faculty of Agriculture, as the Vice President of the Union by acclamation.

Elections of secretaries and assistant secretaries of the University Students' Union committees were also held.

The student Muhammad Arabi Madin Abdel Aziz from the College of Education won the position of Secretary of the Families Committee, and the student Dina Atef Ismail Amer from the College of Veterinary Medicine won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

Student Fathi Muhammad Sultan from the College of Nursing won the position of Secretary of the Social Committee, and student Karim Muhammad Nabih from the College of Health Sciences won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

Student Mahmoud Jamal al-Lahoni from the Faculty of Commerce won the position of Secretary of the Roaming Committee, and student Muhammad Anwar Muhammad from the Faculty of Science won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

In the Cultural Committee, the student Ahmed Seif Salem from the Faculty of Specific Education won the position of Secretary of the Committee, and the student Amr Mostafa Abdel Latif, from the Faculty of Science, Assistant Secretary.

In the scientific committee, the student, Dalia Ahmed Shawali, from the College of Veterinary Medicine, won the position of committee secretary, and Iman Abbas Abdel-Sattar Abu Hussein from the College of Early Childhood won the position of assistant secretary of the committee.

Student Abdul Rahman Samir Ibrahim from the Faculty of Information won the position of Secretary of the Sports Committee, and the student Hossam Mohamed Sayed from the Faculty of Arts won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

In the technical committee, student Mustafa Mukhtar Sobeih from the Faculty of Law won the position of secretary, and student Sally Amjad Shawqi Saleh from the Faculty of Information won the position of assistant secretary for the committee.

The Higher Elections Committee consisted of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the membership of Dr. Jumaa Hussein, Faculty of Specific Education, Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of Youth Welfare, Dr. Mansour Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Law, student Hajar Amr Diab from the Faculty of Medicine, and student Ahmed Gamal Abdel Qader Khalafallah from Faculty of Computing and Information .

The election committees were also supervised by Dr. Ashraf Al-Khouli, Dr. Ahmed Gharbia, Dr. Heba Al-Ghatmi, Dr. Islam Faydallah, Dr. Yasser Ramah, Dr. Abdel Hamid Amer and Amal Al-Sawy, Director of Families and Student Unions Department for Youth Sponsorship.
