Today, the session of the Education and Student Affairs Council for the academic year 2021/2022 was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President of Menoufia University for Education and Student Affairs, in the presence of Dr. Ali Farag, Director of the Blended Education Center, Dr. Osama Abdel Raouf, Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, and Dr. Ayman Amira, Dean of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Menouf, and the faculty’s representatives for education affairs Students and the Director General of Education and Student Affairs.

At the beginning of the session, Dr. Nancy Asaad confirmed the announcement of the grades of the year's work for students with the answer form before the final exam.

She also stressed the importance of preparing for the second semester exams at university faculties and working on managing exams in a professional and serious manner by setting exam schedules, following up on all procedures related to control, copying and delivering papers, setting up committees, providing the necessary number of observers and observers, and the necessity of having a member of the teaching staff or the supporting staff within committees  exams.

Within the framework of the mechanization of Menoufia University and its constant quest to complete its steps in digital transformation, Dr. Osama Abdel Raouf indicated that the first priority is applied to conducting exams electronically in the faculties of the medical sector, as the university’s laboratories are equipped with all network and technical capabilities and surveillance cameras, stressing the need for the student to enter the trial exam before the final exam.
