Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, stressed that teamwork and cooperation are among the most important reasons for the success of the work system, pointing out that positive administrative practices contribute greatly to creating a work culture of high quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

 

El-Kased added that work will be done to develop and modernize the organizational structure of the university, and to set the standard of efficiency and quality of performance at work within the most important criteria for selecting leaders for leadership and supervisory positions in order to achieve an increase and quality of effectiveness in performance and upgrading of Menoufia University, and to find out the actual needs of current employment and Redistribute the surplus and fill the deficit, taking into account the job description in cases of appointment, transfer and assignments for the current jobs.

El-Kased pointed out that the university in the next stage will seek to give competencies an opportunity to lead the work in the university, and that there is an intention to open all the files attached to the university and that the new era of the university will witness a comprehensive change in performance, indicating that his office will be open to all.
