May the peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you.

I am pleased to welcome you to our distinguished university and to your new college, which was established for you, the College of Early Childhood Education at Menoufia University, with its lofty mission. I hope that this will be a successful and fruitful year.

The college is not only a scientific institution, but it is a scientific, cultural and civilized institution for forming the integrated human personality, where you move to a wider world and broader activity, where you find a healthy outlet for all your cultural, social and sports hobbies. Our esteemed college has opened two programs: the Special Education Teacher Preparation Program, the Kindergarten Teacher Preparation Program, and the English Language Program. I hope that the year will be successful and distinctive, God willing.

The college also includes a distinguished elite of faculty members, assistants and workers, whose goal is to work hard and sincerely to raise the name of our esteemed college high and to prepare the appropriate atmosphere for building early childhood teachers who are complete in personality from the scientific and moral standpoint, as you are the ones who lay the first building blocks of the child’s personality, so if these building blocks are sound, the personality will be sound and vice versa.

I pray to God that our new academic year will have a good beginning, a successful middle, and a successful end, God willing.

At the end of my speech, I tell you all that the Dean of the College is a father to all its students, and I ask God Almighty that this academic year will be a distinguished year in which all that we aspire to in terms of prosperity, progress and advancement for our college and our distinguished universities will be achieved.
