Grievance Mechanism

Steps for accepting and examining grievances in the program:

 

The student submits a grievance to the students ’affairs within a period of no more than one week from the announcement of the result

Sends the grievance to the program to be checked

The grievance is presented to the faculty member who teaches the course

The student can review a scanned copy of the examination paper with the concerned faculty member

The faculty member makes a report on the outcome of the grievance examination

The student is notified of the grievance through Student Affairs
