The Menoufia University team succeeded in passing the preliminary qualifiers for the University Genius Program for the fourth season. The team is preparing to enter the second phase with the universities of Al-Azhar, Kafr El-Sheikh and the Suez Canal, as program presenter Essam Youssef announced this during a press conference held by Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports at the Ministry of Youth.
 Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of Youth Welfare, stated that the university delegation participated in the draw for the program under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President of the University.
 Shaheen added that the university team will compete with Al-Azhar University, Kafr El-Sheikh and the Suez Canal after its success in the preliminary qualifiers.
Amal Al-Sawy, Director of the Families and Unions Department, indicated that the team consists of Israa Khalifa, Asmaa Taher, Alaa Adel, Aya Saeed, Ali Hajjaj, Abdullah Mujab, Mustafa Imad and Abdel Halim Abu Al-Makarem.
