The General Administration of Cultural Relations announces the Department of Agreements and Conferences in accordance with what was stated in the letter of Prof. Dr. Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities regarding the meeting between our two ambassadors in Madrid with the Director of the Spanish Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (FESTA), which included discussing various aspects of cooperation with Egyptian universities and academic institutions as well. The director of the institution presented a proposed draft memorandum of understanding to be signed by any Egyptian party in cooperation with the Spanish institution FESTA in the academic and research fields and student exchange.
