Menoufia Sciences prepares to start the new academic year with a workshop on quality standards for integrated programs
The Faculty of Science, Menoufia University, organized a workshop on the quality standards of integrated programs in preparation for the start of the new academic year, on the sidelines of the inspection tour of the Faculties of Theoretical Complex, which was conducted by Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Bagouri, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development this morning under the patronage of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University.
The workshop called for the necessity of applying the mechanisms of blended and distance education in the College of Science and the faculties of the university in view of the repercussions of the new Corona pandemic, as Al-Bajouri stressed the need to adhere to precautionary measures to maintain the security and safety of students and faculty members, stressing that the university is doing more follow-up for all procedures applications Prudentialism within colleges with the organization of a competition for the best college in application and commitment.
Dr. Wafa Zahran, Director of the Quality Center, explained the center’s role in ensuring that the university continues to raise awareness of how to implement blended education in the current academic year, in order to avoid the emerging repercussions of the Corona crisis and its impact on the applications of blended learning mechanisms.
Dr. Rania Azmy, Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Director of the Quality Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Deputy Director of the University's Quality Assurance Center, added that the center monitors students in virtual classes to ensure the delivery of knowledge and skills and how to choose educational outcomes that are suitable for virtual study and what they should be on the ground and interest in activating leadership. academy.
The workshop activities were attended by Dr. Adel Nassar, Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Osama Madani, Dean of the College of Arts, Dr. Subhi Sharaf, Dean of the College of Education, Faculties Vice Deans and members of the faculty of the various colleges at the University, and Asma Muhammad Rifat, Administrative Director of the University's Quality Assurance Center.
