Introduction

Belief in the importance of the role played by the overall quality , the Ministry of Higher Education to adopt a strategy to improve and develop the performance of Higher Education, has been translating this strategy is the establishment of the National Authority for the adoption and establishment of quality assurance and strategic planning , as well as the establishment of units to ensure quality colleges different . Focuses the performance of these units on the upgrading of skills of teaching and research and training for faculty members and their assistants and upgrading the quality of educational programs and in line with the requirements of international , regional and local levels. Unit works Quality Assurance Institute in light of the requirements of this strategic framework.

 


Origination and Quality Assurance Unit

Menoufia University has formed unit of quality assurance and accreditation in the National Liver Institute on 5/3/2008 in order to create an internal system of quality within the Institute and to contribute to the development and improvement of educational performance and stand on the problems that would hinder upgrading Baladaoualokadimi process and overcome the institute.


Message

Create the Institute to meet the requirements and standards of the Ministry of Education and dissemination of a culture of quality and driving continuous improvement process for the academic performance of institutional and academic and gain the trust of the community in the graduates , according to specific performance standards and clear.


Tasks

Coordinating the work of all the participants in the educational process , which provided Forums Institute to achieve the following :

· Academic quality assurance , quality management and ensure the quality of research and the quality of service of the university to the community through an internal system accredited by Alqomahldman Council of quality and accreditation in the level of international systems applicable in this regard.

· Self-Assessment annual performance of all elements of the activities of Departments in each activity , which include: (letter - the structure and management methods - faculty - academic standards and educational programs - the quality of educational opportunities - research and other activities - community involvement - Quality Management - Action Plan) and the to identify strengths and weaknesses .

• Develop an action plan to strengthen weaknesses and work to increase the strengths and controls to follow this plan.

· Configure teams work for continuous improvement in all elements of the self - assessment for each of the sections and in one or all of the following image :

( Workshops - Training Courses - Applied research projects - seminars - conferences ) develop a system to evaluate and analyze the performance includes :

1. Develop a system to evaluate the performance of all faculty members and their assistants and all the personnel departments of the institute.

2. Develop a system for the distribution and analysis of evaluation forms of the educational process of the sections of the institute.

3. Develop a system to ensure the participation of all participants in the educational process and outside sections provides all the elements of self - evaluation .

4. The preparation of the administrative structure of the Quality Assurance Unit institute and foundation work on continuing education and training in quality assurance and rehabilitation for the adoption of including the Stefaeannasr of the following in the university community .

· Publish your awareness of a culture of quality in the university community ( faculty members and their assistants , students , and administrators, as well as participants in the educational process from outside the university ).

· Holding training courses and workshops in the university community in the field of quality management. Training sessions for faculty numbers characterization study programs and courses and write reports for the decisions and academic programs as well as measurement and assessment and evaluation .

· Organizing and holding seminars and conferences in the field of quality assurance for higher education .

· Work to form an opinion in my community supports the continuation of self - evaluation and quality assurance institute and confirm compliance with the national standards , regional and global , using all means of outreach.

· Other ways that increase the chances of achieving the strategic objectives of the unit
