University President honors officials and coordinators of the Student Activities Platform

In recognition of Menoufia University achieving second place (Silver Category) in the competition for Best University in Student Activities among Egyptian universities for the academic year 2024/2025, Professor Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Qassad, President of Menoufia University, honored the officials and coordinators of the Student Activities Platform, in appreciation of their distinguished efforts that contributed to achieving this honorable accomplishment. This took place in the presence of Dr. Nasser Abdel-Bari, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Ghada Ali Hassan, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; and Ms. Souad Bayoumi, Secretary General of the University, along with deans and vice deans of faculties for education and student affairs, and directors of student welfare departments in the general administration and faculties. This achievement is a culmination of teamwork and fruitful cooperation among the various sectors of the university, and its constant commitment to supporting student activities and enhancing their role in building students' character and developing their skills. The honorees included Ms. Nasreen Abdel-Hadi, Director of the Student Welfare Department at the college, and Ms. Asmaa Taha, the college's platform data officer, in recognition of their effective efforts in monitoring and updating activity data and their continuous coordination, which contributed to achieving this commendable distinction. The Rover Scout Troop was also honored in recognition of their active participation and prominent role in the success of the 42nd Scout Festival and the 26th Guide Festival for the university's colleges, reflecting a positive image of the university's students and their excellence in various events. The ceremony also included honoring student Ahmed Samir Dahy for winning second place in the Ideal Student competition at the university college level, an achievement that is a source of pride and honor.
