(1) Professors and assistant professors, and they have the right to impose the first four penalties indicated in the previous article On what students fall into during lessons, lectures, and various university activities

(2) The Dean of the College may impose the first eight penalties indicated in the previous article. In the event of a disturbance or disorder causing it or it is feared irregularity in the study or the exam, the dean of the faculty may impose all the penalties indicated in the previous article, provided that the matter is presented within a week from the date of imposing the punishment to the disciplinary board if the penalty is a final dismissal from the university, and upon The university president in relation to other penalties, in order to consider supporting, canceling or amending the sanctions.

(3) The university president has the right to impose all the penalties indicated in the previous article except for the last punishment, after consulting the faculty dean. He may prevent the student referred to the Disciplinary Board from entering the university premises until the day set for his trial.

(4) Disciplinary board and it has the authority to impose all penalties. No penalty of the aforementioned penalties shall be inflicted except after the student is investigated in writing and his statements are heard in relation to him. If he does not appear on the date specified for the investigation, his right to hear his statements is forfeited and the investigation shall be undertaken by someone assigned by the faculty dean. It is not permissible for the faculty member assigned to investigate the student to be a member of the disciplinary board. The decisions issued by the bodies concerned with imposing disciplinary penalties in accordance with Article (127) are final, however it is permissible to oppose the decision issued in absentia by the disciplinary board within a week from the date of its notification to the student or his guardian, and the decision is considered in attendance if the attendance request was announced to The person of the student or his guardian and the student failed to attend without an acceptable excuse. The student may appeal against the disciplinary decision with a request that he submits to the university president within fifteen days from the date he was notified of the decision, and the university president submits grievances submitted to him to the University Council for consideration.
