the Board of Directors of Open Education approved at its meeting that held on 16/7/2014 on  opening  the door for admission to the Class of 2009 and what precede it  from the  holders of (high school - Azhar secondary School  - technical diplomas provided  (5 years passing  on their  qualification  - those with above average institutes provided passing (3 years on their   Qualification - higher qualifications) starting from Saturday until 2/8/2014 to 20/9/2014
