Dean of the National Liver Institute at Menoufia University Inspects Postgraduate “May Session” Examinations and Praises Discipline and Commitment to Regulations
Professor Dr. Osama Hegazy, Dean of the National Liver Institute at Menoufia University, inspected the postgraduate examinations (Master’s and PhD programs) for the “May Session” of the 2025–2026 academic year, as part of the institute’s continuous field follow-up to ensure that the examination process proceeds with the highest levels of accuracy, discipline, and organization.
During the inspection tour, the Dean was accompanied by Professor Dr. Eman Abdel Samie, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Professor Dr. Yasser Rashed, Head of the Department of Hepatology, Gastroenterology, and Pediatric Clinical Nutrition; and Professor Dr. Hazem Omar, Head of the Examination Control Unit.
Dr. Hegazy reviewed the regularity of the examination committees and the availability of all means of comfort and a suitable atmosphere for postgraduate students. He also ensured that the examination papers complied with quality standards and confirmed the presence of professors and invigilators inside the halls to answer inquiries and address any obstacles students might face.
In this context, Dr. Hegazy stated:

For its part, the committee also reviewed the administrative and logistical procedures followed within the control rooms, as well as the electronic correction and grading mechanisms that guarantee transparency and the prompt announcement of results.
In the same context, Dr. Eman Abdel Samie stated:
“The May Session examinations are proceeding according to a well-structured organizational plan that was prepared in advance in coordination with all academic departments and the Examination Control Unit. The postgraduate sector at the institute is witnessing remarkable development, and there is strict implementation of quality standards to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates pursuing Master’s and PhD degrees.
