Dr. Moawad Muhammad El Khouly , head of Menoufia University and Dr. Ahmed Faraj Al Kased , Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research witnessed the activities of the opening of the third Euro-Arab Conference on Higher Education and Scientific Research in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Chihi Minister of Higher Education and a number of Egyptian, Arab and European universities , that held in Hurghada from 9 till 12 October.

Vice President pointed out that the conference is a good opportunity to discuss some of the exchanges and cooperation between Arab and European universities models as well as discuss the most important challenges facing higher education system such as globalization and the digital revolution and the possibilities of potential development in the coming years for the higher education sector , Al Kased added that a lot of universities and institutions of higher  Arab and European education participate In the conference  as well as many of the international cooperation and the German Authority institutions Academic Exchange Service and the European Commission and the conference is an important step to open up areas of cooperation between all Arab and European universities to establish joint degrees and open new horizons for the agreements for bilateral all aspects tremendous boom in opportunities for fruitful cooperation .
