Menoufia University launched a series of development and rehabilitation courses on preparing leaders and developing empowerment and delegation skills to raise the efficiency of workers with extreme needs and workers in different sectors. Where the Center for Strategic Studies and Leadership Development at the university launched courses yesterday on leadership arts and the behaviors of an effective leader in developing the organization, and how to organize time, planning and support the development of self-skills, empowerment and delegation when facing urgent problems and developing the capabilities of making correct decisions and learning how to manage crises and deal with current era variables. These courses are a continuation of the previous courses for the year 2020/2021 to develop the skills of workers. Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, called for the enlightening and guiding role of Menoufia University in developing and supporting the skills of the university's workers to create generations capable of following up the progress of work and keeping pace with the requirements of development and comprehensive development, especially in the administrative sector, in addition to developing the capabilities of workers in various institutions, through what it provides The university has an institutional and governmental community of diverse experiences in dealing with crises such as the emerging corona crisis without affecting the economic development wheel and the state's comprehensive development plans. The courses are sponsored by Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University and supervised by Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Bagouri, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development. Dr. Rana El-Helbawi, Professor at the College of Medicine, Dr. Haitham Maymoun, Vice-Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Farhat Abdel Sayed, Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Jamal Hammad, Professor at the Faculty of Arts, and Dr. Ahmed Saqr is a teacher at the College of Computers and Information. The courses are implemented by Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Qawi, the General Supervisor of the Center for Strategic Studies, Dr. Ahmed Saber Saqer, the Supervisor of the Training Department, Hoda Abdel Salam, Director General of the Center, and Miral Al-Jawish, Director of the Training Department at the Center.
