Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, reviewed the activities of the Center for Strategic Studies and Leadership Development, during the meeting he held with members of the center's board of directors.

During the meeting, the Council was informed of the University Council's decision to approve the guiding rules for the activities of the Consulting and Research Department, and the matrix of training programs for the Center was presented.

Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Qawy, the general supervisor of the center, presented a proposal for training programs to prepare university students, qualify them for the labor market, and train them on how to market, to search for job opportunities appropriate to their capabilities, how to manage their time, and develop communication skills.

The President of the University also approved the proposal of Dr. Hiam Mostafa, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education and supervisor of the Performance Evaluation Department, to hold the first scientific conference of the Center for Strategic Studies entitled "New Visions for University Education" to exchange new ideas and experiences among the participating faculty members, the supporting staff, students and the external community locally and regionally in The field of higher education development, during the month of October, "Online".
