Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, inspected the dairy factory of the Faculty of Agriculture, accompanied by Dr. Ayman Hafez, Dean of the Faculty, to follow-up on the development of the factory, which serves the educational process in the Faculty and the community, based on the mission of the Faculty of Agriculture, which is considered one of the leading faculties in community services and provides scientific and research cadres to meet the needs of the labor market, in addition To fill the community's needs of various food products.

The president of the university praised the development work carried out in the factory, which contributes to serving the dairy industries in Egypt, in addition to the educational and teaching services provided by the department to students and researchers in dairy science and technology, and technical and technical consultations for the work of community projects specialized in the manufacture of dairy products.

This inspection tour comes after the presence of the university president as a member of the judging and discussion committee for the master's thesis entitled "Benefiting from some food processing residues for the production of pectin" by researcher Hajar Ali Abdel Aziz Abu Nar.
