The accountant Mr. Mohamed Al Baar , the General Secretary General of Menoufia University confirmed that the university is witnessing in the current phase the process of reorganization its administrative structure, where Dr. Moawad Al Kholi, president of the university decided to form a specialized committee chaired by Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, former president of the university in order to maximize the utilization of administrative staff in various administrative and financial disciplines .

He pointed out that it was the work of an actuarial study to include periodic premium for the year 2010 and the increment in 2011 on the basis of the salary of July 1, 2015 and a basic salary of July 1, 2016 to be compensation for thos who have the pension of the deceased during the service on the basis of supplementary insurance for workers fund in the university.

He emphasized that a protocol has been signed with the National Liver Institute at the university to treat employees with HIV (C) and  the employee will bears  one-third of the cost of treatment and bears the health care fund one-third and the Institute of Liver third.
