Dr. Ahmed Abdul Rahim  Abdul Latif , lecturer of Computer Science and  Information Technology at Department of Mathematics , Faculty of Science, Menofia University got the state encouragement award in Engineering Science , major of computers and information for his researches in the field of information security , the researcher has provided scientific research and intelligent applications on understanding the content of digital images, analyzing medical and military images, monitoring mobile objects such as launchers and presenting the first model of its kind in the world in the secret sharing of information, which has important commercial and economic applications Commercial Banking and insurance prepayment of smart facilities in the television in addition to the introduction of a new partial replacement model characterized by the ease of implementation in practice and has high security capabilities in hiding high-privacy information.
 The researcher also presented solutions for the partial and total coding of information for the purposes of economy and national security. The models implemented are characterized by high security efficiency, privacy and speed compared to all Algorithms . The researcher published these researches in specialized scientific journals.
 It is worth mentioning that the State Encouragement Award is awarded by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in Cairo and is awarded to the outstanding sons of Egypt in various fields of scientific research and who have contributions that serve the community and the country in particular.
