10 Steps to Success in Life recommended by the Seminar on the Art of Good Memorization at Faculty of Art.

Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University, organized a seminar under the auspices of Dr. Moawad Al-Khouly, President of the University, Dr. Abdul Rahman Qarman, Vice President for  Community Services and Environmental Affairs , and Dr. Osama Madani, Dean of the College.

Dr. Abdel Moneim Shehata, former dean of the college, and professor of psychology, stressed that the correct study comes from the student's definition of his goal in life and to be keep it in his mind  all the time, and the study must be a favorite work for him and choose the best time and how to organize time and most important skills is daily schedule for the development of the day, the most important of which is the need to wake up early so that the mind is ready for memorization, as well as fixing the dates of sleep and meals that must be healthy and be away from fast food.

He added that the order of study time must coincide with the exam time because it is the brain to recall the full capacity at this time.

Dr. Abdul Fattah Darwish, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs and  Professor of Psychology, reviewed ten habits to achieve success in life. It is the pursuit of excellence through faith, professionalism and positive relationships with others. The goals are divided into religious, social and personal goals. , Planning by defining the current situation and the image of the future, focusing by setting time for beginning and end of work and devising new methods for accomplishing tasks, managing time by organizing it, setting up a daily achievement list and exploiting marginal times such as waiting times, And the jihad of the soul through the breeding and getting rid of obstacles to efficiency such as laziness, chaos, and feelings of failure, and the dexterity of communication and means of communication with professors .

At the end of the symposium, Dr. Abdel Fattah Darwish honored Dr. Abdel Moneim Shehata and gave him a certificate of appreciation.
