Dr. Maggie Nassif, Executive Director of Fulbright, the Scientific and Cultural Exchange Committee between Egypt and the United States of America, called on post graduate students and researchers at Menoufia University to support the role of the state in its programs towards the comprehensive and sustainable development in all fields.

Stressing on the role of scientific research in the development that comes from active participation in the programs of scientific research development in all disciplines and keep abreast of global scientific developments by applying to such grants provided by the Commission to students of researchers in Egypt and transfer scientific cultures among peoples.

Rina Rashid, program director at the Authority, said there were seven scholarships, five of which were in the master's and doctoral programs and one for the preparation of leaders.
It also dealt with the specializations offered by the grant and how to apply  and being qualified  for the school and personal interview for students who are eligible for the scholarship.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Osama Madani, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Dr. Magi Nassif, Executive Director of Fulbright in Egypt.
