Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, inaugurated the 37^th Scout Festival and the 21^st Guidance Festival with the participation of 15 colleges, in the scout camp in the village of Mit Khalaf, in the presence of a number of deans of the faculties of the university, and vice deans of education and students affairs  and officials of youth welfare departments at the university.

Mubarak also expressed his delight at this youth gathering, which witnessed the participation of a number of school students and Al-Azhar Institute, and thanked the department of youth  welfare for the effort and proper appearance at the opening ceremony.

Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, affirmed her full support for the students of Monofiya University and the various activities within the colleges at the Egyptian universities level.
