Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, issued an appointing  decree for Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Salah El-Khouly, Professor and Head of the Agricultural Economics Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, as the faculty vice-dean for postgraduate studies and research for a period of three years.
