Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, issued an appointing decree for Dr. Elham Mohamed Ghoneim, Professor and Head of the Animal Production Department at the Faculty of Agriculture , as the faculty vice-dean for education and student affairs until she reaches the age of retirement.
