Under the patronage of Dr. Adel Mubarak, University President and Accountant Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the University, the internal committee was formed to review the files of the university's colleges and institutes presented in the Government Excellence Award headed by Dr. Alaa Radwan, General Coordinator of Menoufia University for the Government Excellence Award and the membership of Dr. Ismail Youssef, Dr. Ashraf Bahjat, Dr. Nagwa Nashat Abdel-Hamid, Dr. Rania Mohamed El-Shazly, Dr. Ikrami El-Sayed, Dr. Mohamed Haggag, Hamed El-Sayed Sharif, secretary of the committee.

Radwan explained that the committee had held many meetings to review the files submitted to it by the various colleges and institutes at the university, through which the committee made many observations and directions aimed at improving the level of files submitted to the award.
