Menoufia University participated in the activities of the first African Medical Conference, where students of the faculties of medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty of Nursing and the Faculty of Medical Science Technology participated in the conference sessions over a period of 3 days. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi opened the activities of the First African Medical Conference, and the conference and exhibition were held during the period from June 5 to 7, 2022, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center and with a large international participation in the conference and exhibition activities. The African Medical Conference and Exhibition provides an educational opportunity through scientific lecture sessions, training sessions and workshops, addressing the most common topics in this sector
The participation of Menoufia University, under the supervision and patronage of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, is the first specialized medical conference in Africa.
Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university, participated in the activities of the organization, and was supervised by Tariq Kamal, Director of the Leadership Development Department at the university.
