The Graduate Studies and Research Sector at Menoufia University held today a meeting of the Graduate Studies Council, headed by Dr. Ahmed Farag Al-Kased, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, in the presence of the Undersecretaries of Postgraduate Studies and Research in the colleges and institutes of the university. The library and central library committees were held in the presence of the members of the two committees

At the beginning of the sessions, Al-Kased congratulated the university’s employees and committee members on the approaching Eid Al-Adha. He also congratulated the employees of the Faculty of Home Economics for obtaining accreditation from the National Authority for Accreditation and Quality

Dr. Ahmed Al-Kased indicated that the meeting of the postgraduate studies session discussed topics related to the work of the General Administration of Postgraduate Studies, presented the topics on the agenda, followed up the work of enrollment in postgraduate studies, and studied the stumbling cases of postgraduate students registered for master’s and doctoral degrees in various colleges and institutes of the university.

The Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies announced that the University Council for the month of June 2022 agreed to grant (20 male and female doctoral students) and (52 male and female) master’s degrees in the faculties of (sciences - computers and information - National Liver Institute - Medicine - Arts - Law - Engineering - Education - Commerce - Nursing - Agriculture - Home Economics - Specific Education), and the extension of the study period for some students registered for (Masters and PhD) degrees was also approved.
