Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, held the session of the University Facilities Committee for the month of January 2023 in his first official meeting since assuming the presidency of Menoufia University, extending his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, for his confidence and selection as President of Menoufia University to complete the work process and contribute to the progress of the university on All levels.
He also thanked Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for his constant support to the university, and special thanks to Dr. Adel Mubarak, the former President of Menoufia University, for his efforts during his years as president of the university, and his contribution to achieving many achievements for the university, wishing him continued success.
At the beginning of the meeting held today at the headquarters of Menoufia National University, in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Dr. Nancy Asaad for Education and Students, Dr. Sobhi Sharaf for Community Service and Environmental Development, the accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the University, and Dr. Ayman Abdel Hamid, the engineering consultant, discussed the mechanisms of the committee’s work, and increasing the activation Electronic transformation of correspondence to facilitate business and ease of continuous communication between members, and display assignments for each member and adhere to them.
The meeting dealt with presenting the agenda and discussing what is required to be implemented to equip the measurement and evaluation centers in the colleges to receive 3,800 computers and modern laptops to perform electronic tests, and to equip the places with all the necessary requirements such as net connections, electricity and furniture, and to develop the necessary plan for implementation quickly.
The President of the University reviewed the latest developments in the executive procedures of the Medical City project, and the proposal for the final vision of the project. He also reviewed the executive position of the existing and ongoing projects that are included in the plan, and the replacement, development and maintenance works in the various faculties and units of the university.
The President of the University directed the formation of a committee headed by Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, to develop a vision of the Olympic Complex for Water Sports, the proposals necessary to develop it and maximize its utilization, and to submit a report on the required maintenance work.
