Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, met with the general directors of the university, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Sobhy Sharaf for Community Service and Environmental Development, accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the University, and assistant secretaries of the university.
At the beginning of the meeting, the university president confirmed that he was keen to hold this meeting since the beginning of his assumption of responsibility, and due to the preoccupation with many activities and events, it was postponed, explaining that the meeting was to discuss and discuss the current administrative conditions in the university and workflow mechanisms in the coming period, stressing the importance of the administrative apparatus in the university, which is One of the most important educational institutions with its scientific and human capabilities and a purposeful action plan to achieve development at all levels in line with Egypt's vision towards achieving comprehensive sustainable development under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and his full support for the development of university education.
The president of the university spoke about the most important issues that the university is interested in and the importance of everyone uniting to advance and develop them and cooperate as a single work team whose goal is the public good, directing the general directors of the colleges to develop a plan in each college to increase the number of arrivals. He also talked about the application of governance and digital transformation mechanisms, and the university’s participation in the award Egypt for government excellence and the importance of defining the concepts of government excellence and spreading the culture of institutional and individual excellence to prepare and qualify an efficient administrative body that can compete with government excellence awards, thinking outside the box and innovation to develop the level of performance, and the need for continuous work to raise the efficiency of the various departments at the university through specialized training courses according to the needs of these departments, And the importance of working on restructuring jobs according to specialization and identifying quality management systems in accordance with international standards and methods of applying them to raise awareness among the administrative apparatus, and developing scientific research methodology in the areas of administrative development.
The president of the university referred to some of the complaints submitted by some employees of the administrative apparatus, as he directed the formation of a committee headed by accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the university, to discuss complaints and respond to each issue. And legal affairs, and the workers will be answered with an official letter explaining all the details, stressing that it supports the administrative apparatus with all available legal means and seeks to solve everyone’s problems within the scope of the general frameworks of the labor law and the law organizing universities, directing that a meeting will be held for general managers and directors of departments periodically to follow up the progress of work And listening to the complaints of the employees and their requirements, wishing success to all the university employees to perform their role to the fullest extent, praising the administrative apparatus of the university, which is one of the strongest administrative apparatus at the university level.
The Vice-Presidents of the University and the Secretary-General of the University welcomed the directors and praised the level of performance in each sector, and each of them reviewed the progress of work in his sector and the targeted vision to achieve more achievements.
