Today, under the chairmanship of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, the leadership positions selection committee resumed its work to conduct interviews for applicants for the position of General Director at the Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Nursing. The committee’s membership included Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of Menoufia University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Hazem Saleh, Vice President for University Affairs. Postgraduate studies and research: Dr. Atef Al-Feki, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Ashraf Shams El-Din, Professor of Criminal Law and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Benha University, Dr. Abdel Aziz Marzouk, Professor of Management at the Faculty of Commerce, Kafr El-Sheikh University, and Dr. Ibrahim Muhammad Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Sadat University.

El-Kased indicated that the committee received 22 applicants for the position of Director General of the Faculties of Dentistry and Nursing. The committee conducted interviews in accordance with the rules and conditions of its prior announcement for a number of leadership positions of assistant secretaries and general directors in the General Administration of Menoufia University and the colleges.

The committee evaluated the applicants through professional standards that were appropriate to the nature of the advertised job in terms of the competency factor, professional experience, development proposals, and increased productivity, with the skills and experience that the applicant would add to the work environment, which reflects a professional image of the tasks assigned to the job and the applicant’s ability to create a healthy work environment. Work flows flexibly and without any obstacles and the ability to make decisions and solve problems.
