Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, the university participated in the activities of the fourth trip to the New Alamein City for university students in integration with people of determination, which is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the United Company, Menoufia University, and the Student Activities Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The participation comes in light of the directives of the political leadership and the directives of Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of the University, indicated that the university is participating in student activity competitions in the New Alamein City on the occasion of the second season of the New Alamein Festival 2024 under the slogan The World is Two Sciences in the New Alamein City, including fine arts, five-a-side football, and beach volleyball.
The university president stressed the importance of integrating people with disabilities with normal people in the festival's activities, explaining that the university participated with a delegation of 13 male and female students, including three students with disabilities, in addition to three normal students for the five-a-side football team, a normal student and two students with disabilities for beach volleyball, in addition to four students with disabilities to participate in the fine arts competition. The university president also appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance student activities and encourage cultural and sports exchange between different Egyptian universities, with a focus on integrating students with disabilities into university activities. Dr. Nasser Abdel Bari pointed out the importance of the active participation of university students in such competitions, explaining that the participation of university students in sports activities so far has shown the rise of the beach volleyball and five-a-side football teams to the quarter-finals, with the activities to be completed tomorrow with the fine arts. The delegation was accompanied by Mahmoud Hafez and Iman Hilal, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of the General Administration for Student Care, and Osama Daif, Director of the Leadership Preparation Department.
